The term “pelvic floor” is the collective name for a network of muscles which finish off the bony pelvis at the bottom. If left untrained, this multiple layer of muscles slackens and causes the organs and connective tissue to age prematurely – with unpleasant consequences for your health. When trained correctly and vivatomically, the pelvic floor musculature is a valuable protection against slackening organs, a weak bladder, an enlarged prostate or incontinence.

CANTIENICA® pelvic floor training interconnects the innermost and essential layer of the pelvic floor with the musculature of the entire pelvis, back, stomach, hips and thighs.
